The “Biscuiterie nantaise” is a biscuit factory historically located in Nantes.
The factory is known to have produced during the two world wars the famous war bread, the “hard bread”, intended to feed soldiers at the front.

Ingredients: Cereals [wheat flour (30.3%), whole grains (15.8%) (wholemeal wheat (15.6%), wholegrain rye, wholemeal Dorge)] - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar vegetable fat stabilizer glycerol, lactose and milk proteins - raspberry pulp concentrate (equivalent raspberry 5%) starch raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate - salt - WMP - acidifying: citric acid, trisodium citrate flavors - color: red beet gelling: pectin - thickener: modified starch. May contain traces of nuts, doeuf, soy and sesame seeds.
